Synopsis:

Numerical modeling of fluid flow, heat ans mass transfer using Fluent. Modeling of turbulence, combustion, radiation, phase changes and multuphase flows. Tutorials are oriented to mesh design and simple examples.

Requirements:

1-CFD introduction. Continuity, momemntum and energy balances.

2-Energy balance, constitutive eq., turbulent phenomena

3-Boussinesque hypothesis and RANS-turbulent viscosity, transport of kinetic energy of turbulence

4-transport of dissipation, advanced models

6-multiphase flows

7-multiphase flows (VOF]
