Synopsis:

Survay of airframe, propulsion unit and power supply systems.

Control systems driven by human and autopilot systems, primary and secondary control systems, mechanical, electrical and optical control systems, actuators and its accessories.

Landing gear control systems, layout, stability, wheels, tires. Brakes and brake control systems. Retraction/extension mechanisms.

Fuel systems, tanks, supply, defueling and refueling system, vent system, fuel quantity measurement and indication.

Rain protection, anti-icing and de-icing systems, icing classification, heat, chemical, mechanical and electromagnetic systems, ice detection.

Hydraulic systems, layout, classification, operating principles, hydraulic fluid, components, backing up.

Pneumatic systems, power drive, cabin pressurization, air conditioning, operating principles, components, backing up.

Emergency systems, anti-fire systems.

Oil systems, coolers and heat exhangers.
