Synopsis:

Propagation of waves over planar transmission lines and their characteristics. Principles of operation, description and parameters of planar passive reciprocal/nonreciprocal circuits. Basic components of MMICs. Materials, manufacture and measurement of hybrid and monolithic MICs.

7. Non-reciprocal planar components, phase shifters, isolators, circulators

8. Planar filters

9. Planar transmission lines feedings

10. Planar antennas

11. Inductor, capacitor, resistor for MMICs

12. Technology of hybrid and monolithic MICs

13. Dielectric resonators; Fin lines

14. Measurement of passive MICs; MIC CAD
