This course logically follows on from the course in Leadership of Human Resources (HR). Students study the principles of presentation and communication in small teams mainly through simulation games; the course includes an introduction to transcultural differences and Human Resources protocol. Students will learn the basics of HR work - structured conversation, staff selection - assessment centres, taking on employees with an adaptation period, career development (career counselling) and discharging employees. HR policy is presented as an aspect of company strategy. Psychological aspects of Crisis preparedness and Distress of personality.
