Synopsis:

Multicriterial assessment in value engineering. Forecasting in decision-making. Evaluation of expert's competence. Value assessment of alternatives in case of risk and uncertainty. Group analysis. Analysis of main components. Saaty method. - Consequent lessons are aimed at PhD theses topics (information retrieval for decision-making, case diagnostics, forecasting, creative work in engineering, specific evaluation problems under divers situations).
