Diffusional motion in gaseous, liquid and solid phases. Fick's law, diffusion equation and its solutions. Models of diffusion at microscopic level. Heat transport. Fourier's law. Heat equation and its solutions. Phase transitions: order parameter, spinodal decompostion, nucleation, coalescence, solidification, dendritic and lamellar growth, morphological stabilkty. Nanotechnology. nanolayers.

Linear nonequilibrium thermodynamics. Generalized forces and fluxes. Heat and mass transport. Fick's law. Diffusion equation and itd solutions. Molecular approach to diffusion. Fourier's law. Heat equation and its solutions. First order phase transformations: condensation, solididfication. Nucleation theory. Dendritic and lamellar growth. Stability of solidification front. Nanotechnologies.
