The course is directed towards the planning of the decision from the investment opportunity, its assessment and appraisal to the realization of the project. Duration, price and quality as the basic attributes of the project are confronted with the activities of the participants of the investment process and their professional concerns. The feasibility study and its technical, economical and financial requirements. Project risks, partner choice methods and competition organization. Specific areas of project management, e. g. projects of public contracts or international projects.
