Synopsis:

The aim of this course is to point out the small business as an important element of global economy. Through this subject the entrepreneurship and dynamic entrepreneurship in the world and in the Czech Republic under technology and economic conditions is discussed. The role of venture capital for development of small enterprises using the material of EVCA, European Union organisation is shown. Finally, analysis and synthesis of steps needed for successfully goals of entrepreneurship taking a business plan as a productive method are described.

Study Objective:

Ability to compile a business plan as a starting document for the enterpreneurial prospectus evaluation with regard to the technical, economical, organizational and financial point of view.
