The goal of the subject is to give a basic introduction to the problematic of leadership from the point of employees and bosses. During the course lay the great emphasis on self- experiences from situations through the methods of simulation and feedbacks. Starting from systematic approaches, through the conception of Personal Quality (I and Ideal), use SWOT Analyses in projects; theory and praxes of communications processes and motivation; style of Managers work and leadership.
