The lectures are focused on explanation of commonly used methods of CNC machines programming as well the use of non-traditional methods and special helpful devices and software. V the exercises the students will have a chance to perform these methods practically when programming different parts and different methods.

1. Hand programming - principle and field of use, hand programming using cycles, solid cycles, parametric programming.
2. Hand programming - use of sectioning and program jumps.
3. Workshop floor programming - principle and field of use, workshop floor programming of lathe.
4. Workshop floor programming - principle and field of use, workshop floor programming of milling machine.
5. Use of CAM - principle and field of use, geometrically and technologically oriented SW. Partprogram and its structuce. Partprogram parts and their demanded act.
6. Use of CAM - milling technology specification, 3D milling programming.
7. Use of CAM - milling in 4 and 5 axes.
8. Technological CAM used for turning.
9. Technological CAM used for milling.
10. Tool leading strategy optimalization in CAM.
11. Data postprocesing, NC code continual preparation process.
12. Verification and simulation. SW helpers.
13. CNC machines programming in large batch production.
14. Technologicity of construction for machined parts.
