Synopsis:

Students are introduced to the principals of flight and aircraft movement within the Earth´s athmosphere. The first part of the lectures is concentrated on basic areas of aerodynamics, e.g. the model of the Earth´s athmosphere, application of general laws of flow and description of flow fields around lift bodies and determination of flight values. the aerodynamic part also contains introdution to principal of lift and resistance increase and aircraft aerodynamic features. The part of flight mechanics introducesbasic flight performance (horizontal flight, rising, motorless flight, take off and landing) and aircraft stability.
