Synopsis:

Analysis of dependence. Time series analysis. Time series trend modelling. Trend models criteria. Time series criteria - interpolation, extrapolation. Describing time series - cyclical, seasonal date. Indexes types. Indexes comparison methods. Type indexes and relations. Decomposition indexes and difference methods. Index numbers - logarithm method, successive approximation method. Individual indexes numbers. Aggregative indexes numbers.

simple random sample, correlation and regression analysis, characteristics of random value

Study Objective:

Introduce to students basic techniques of economic analysis and teach them how to use basic software tools in this field of studies.
