This is the course of actually selected professional application - currently Maya modeling programm. The students will get knowledge of work with the application in order to be able to realize multimedia projects.
- Requirements:
-
no prerequisities
- Syllabus of lectures:
-
1. User interface, the philosophy of work in Maya. Introduction to task 1.
2. Polygonal modeling, operations over vertices, edges and objects.
3. Polygonal modeling - additional techniques. The first task checkpoint.
4. Subdivision modeling.
5. NURBS, operations over curves and surfaces. Evaluation of the first task, start of the second task - complex model creation.
6. NURBS - additional operations.
7. Textures and light.
8. Rendering.
9. Animation using channels, principles.
