Synopsis:

Introduction to law problems in enterprise, interpretation of basic law theory terms, meeting valid law regulations (civil code, trade code, craft law, work code and civil court rules), law analysis of cases of founding different types of trading companies including suggestions of record to companies´register, meeting protective instruments in court, law analysis of main types of work - law contracts and trade - obligatory contracts

4. Craft law - effects and obligatories for investors.

5. Trading companies I. - types of trading companies, its differences and founding purpose

6. Trading companies II. - law analysis of companies (warrenty - limited company)

7. Trading companies III - law analysis of companies (public trading company)

8. Trading companies IV. - law analysis of companies (command company)

9. Trading companies V. - law analysis of companies (joint - stock company)

10. Trading companies VI. - law analysis of companies (cooperative, association)

11. Companies´register - term, subject, law - requirements

12. Working law - working law relations, types of contracts

13. Civil court rules - regular and irregular means of correction, types of effects

14. Trade - obligatory relations - purchase contract, contract about works, mandate contract
