Theoretical introduction into measurement on the CMM. Measurement methods and evaluation, software. Inspection and measurement accuracy. Multisensor coordinate metrology. Metrology of the temperature. Dimensional and geometrical product specifications. Measurement uncertainty, terminology in metrology. Environmental metrology. Acreditation, International cooperation. Reliability of machine and measuring systems. Interferential measurement methods.

1. Introduction in 3-D measurement. Principles, design, heads, measuring systems, methods.
2. New constructions and software facility of coordinate measuring machines Zeiss.
3. Inspection of the CMM, methods, evaluation. Developement to increasing of the accuracy.
4. Multisensor coordinate metrology. Roentgen tomography.
5. Terminology in metrology according to new norms GPS.
6. New methodics of calculation measurement uncertainty.
7. Measurement automatisation and new development tendencies in measuring technique (fy. Mesing).
8. Metrology of the temperature. Primary and secondary standards. Sequence.
9. Environmental metrology and testing.
10. Acreditation system in Czech Republic.
11. International cooperation within the slope of European Agreements.
12. Reliability of machine and measuring systems. Basic terms, backup.
13. Secondary etalons of the length. Interference measurement method.

1. Point of the curve, tangente, normal, binormal. Demonstration in Rhino.
2. Aproximation and interpolation curves. Influence of form tools.
3. Geometrical and parametrical continuity. Conditions of the assurance. Demonstrtion in Rhino.
4. Basic geometrical properties of the surfaces. Point on the surface, tangential plane and normal. Demonstration in Rhino.
5. NURBS reprezentation of surfaces, net of control points, aproximation and interpolation surfaces. Specification of the individual tasks.
6. Geometrical parametrical continuity of the connection, cladding.
7. Exercize on the digitalized car model.
