Synopsis:

This subject is targeted by its content to improvement of management procedures and methods in business practice. Essential theoretical resources are itemized. The subject familiarizes the basics of project management and the process of strategic management (vision, mission, internal and external analyses, hierarchy of strategies). The main target of the subject is to prepare students for their practical managerial implementation of essential management tools.

Requirements:

Attendance, running tests, setting the themes up, final test.

3. - 4.Qualifications for managerial activities, managerial ethics.

5. - 6.Managerial functions.

7. - 8.Project management, features of projects, specifics of project management.

9. - 10.Strategic management, analysis of internal and external environments (general and competitive surroundings).

11. - 12.Strategic management SWOT analysis, model of „7S“ McKinsey, scenarios in strategic management.

13.Rationality of decision making process.
