A practice in volume design in 3D CAD system Pro/Engineer.

Basic orientation in software. A change in designer attitude during migration from drafting to volume. Basic volume features creation. Features modification and definition change. Mechanical part design. Auxiliary features design. Assemblies and parts structure. Model analysis. 2D drawings production. Parts as member of family table. Parameters and relation definition. System settings and configuration.

Study Objective:

To learn students basic design skills in volume designer and drawings producing.
