Synopsis:

The subjectpacilitates to postgraduate students to acquire comprehensive picture about manu-sideo and compicateo object of scientipic research as organisations and management of which are. Atention is focused on study of those scientific ideas and conceptions, that and significatly influenceo the evolution of knowledge about functioning of behavior of organizations and actions or managers in ma¨nagement and decizion making processes. Understading to those scientific conceptions enabzes to anicipate the nekt evolution and gives metodological sulls to solution on research problems.

Introduction: common and special aims of dtudy, preparation modus and methods and setting the specific part of the subject domain. Society, organization and management, evolution of organization and management theory. Significant theoretic conceptions. Traditional, Behavioral and Systems and Contingecy (situstional) approaches. Organization and its environment. Organizational objectives values, sutility and behavior. Organization and technology. Organizational structure (instituonal and processesutal), functioning of organizations. Leading and influencing Management tunebions and roles. Decision making i organizations. Limits of raciobality. Managerial information - decision systems. Plan as co.ordinated system of decisions. Organizational control. Organizational Change. Perspcetive of organization and management.
