The subject lays primarily emphasis on methodological knowledge and skills for business strategy forming (foresting, evolution of variants, a priori evaluating of effectivenes of strategy and so like), bat also knowledge of the complex of internal and external problems of sunring effective implementation of accepted strategy and methods and means for solving of those.

Conceptual foundation of strategic management. Strategy, strategy and plan. Strategic decisions, strategic goals. Schools of strategic management. Historical review. Conception, methods and technics applied by separate schools. Conditions for application of separate conceptions. Strategy firming. Analytical methods. Forecasting methods (statistical methods judge mentkl methods, technological forecasting, scenarios, simulation modeling). Criteria of effective strategy. Evalution of strategic variations. Strategy implementation. Planning of implementation. Methods and means to gain the internal as well as external support. Security of resoures effective strategy implementation; strateic reserves, timming of strategic action.
