Synopsis:

Basic thermodynamical terms, fenomological and microscopical interpretation. Conservation laws, mass conservation, momentum conservation, description of chemical reagents, conservation of internal energy (1st theorem), conservation of electricomagnetical field, entropy conservation (2nd) theorem. Principle of entropy minimization in biological systems. Linear irreverzible thermodynamics. Principles of chemical kinetics. Aplications: thermodynamics of membrane transport, study of biological oscilations, thermodynamical aspects of evolution, blood flow in veins and arteries, cardiovascular system

1.Basic thermodynamical terms, fenomological and microscopical interpretation.
