The subject introduces students into quality policy in a company. How to insure quality of products and services in a company. The basis is the quality spiral and standards ČSN ISO 9 000:2 000. Seven basic quality tools, basic statictical analysis of proceses, statistical proces control, statistical acceptance. Quality character identifications and quality character modelling by basic probability distributions. Serial and paralell reliability models. Pareto analysis.
