The subject makes the students acquainted with types and production of waste and with legislative rules for waste treatment. The function principles and main methods of waste treatment as composting, deposition combustion and gasification and recycling are explained as well the concerning equipment. The risks and the novel directions of development of domestic and industrial waste treatment and waste water as well are discussed. In seminar visits of various enterprises, handling with waste are performed.
