Synopsis:

Basic concepts, developement of tha quality care. Product (service) quality, process quality. Goals and contens of quality management in factory. Factory quality. Information system, computer support. Assurance of quality in contractual reletions, quality audits, certification. Standards ISO 9 000. Total quality management (TQM). Processes, methods of the functional quality control, inspection, testing, role of acredited test rooms, acreditation. Tools for process analysis, collection and statistical date manufacturing. Statistical process control.

2. Responzibility for quality.

3. Devolopement of quality to TQM.

4. Importance of metrology in quality, suggestion of quality improvement.

5. Basic statistical concepts, distributions.

6. Statistics methods apply in quality.

7. Statistical control.

8. Statistical acceptance.

9. Process, machine and gauge capability.

10. Quality improvement, methods.

11. Quality improvement, tools.

12. Loss function.

13. Quality in proproduction stages.

14. Quality system aplied in Siemens factory.

1. Fundamental date manufacturing, histogram, outliers tests.

2. Pareto analysis, stability chart.

3. Gauge calibration.

4. Statistical control simulation in laboratory.

5. SW for statistical control show.

6. Brainwritting.

7. Credit test.
