Fundamental make-up organization on national European and international level, relationship among directions EU, order governments and harmonize standards. Requirements GPS on constructional and production documentation and measurement. Legislative reservation and standards support legal metrology. Uncertaity measuring, standards of traceability. Etalon choice quantity, verifcation and calibration. System of metrological confirmation, notification of laboratory and persons. Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), probability and statistical methods in metrology.
