Synopsis:

Automatization of industrial process, NC control, use of computer for disposition and production control, production programming - metods, systems.

Requirements:

Knowledge of methods of cutting technology.

Syllabus of lectures:

1. Hand programming - parametric scheduled NC programme.

2. Hand programming - embranchment NC programme.

3. CAM - generation of NC progam for turning lathe.

4. CAM - generation of NC progam for milling machine in 2.5D.

5. CAM - generation of NC progam for milling machine in 3D.

6. Workshop programming - using for programming lathe and milling machine.

7. CAM for Precision Automatic Lathe - make-up of partprogram.

Syllabus of tutorials:

1. Hand programming - make-up NC of program for CNC turning lathe.

2. Hand programming - parametric NC programme.

3. Hand programming - make-up NC of program for CNC milling machine.

4. Hand programming - make-up NC of program with Branch on Condition for CNC milling machine.

5. Mechanical programming - make-up of partprogram for processor turning operation.

6. Mechanical programming - make-up of partprogram for processor turning work - macro.

7. Mechanical programming - make-up of partprogram for processor milling operation in 2.5D.

8. Mechanical programming - make-up of partprogram for processor milling operation in 3D.

9. Mechanical programming - make-up of partprogram for processor milling operation in more D.

10. Workshop programming turning lathe- make-up of partprogram.

11. Workshop programming milling machine- make-up of partprogram.

12. Machine programming - make-up of partprogram for turning operation on Precision Automatic Lathe.

13. Postprocesing CL data - example of postprocessor generator.
