Thermodynamics. Harmonic, forced and damped oscillations. Mechanical, acoustic, electromagnetic waves and their properties. Geometrical and wave optics. Special theory of relativity. Quantum and atomic physics. Nuclear physics.

2. Second and third law of thermodynamics. Changes of phases. Real gases.
3. Simple, damped and forced oscillations. Resonance. Addition of oscillations.
4. Travelling and standing waves. Superposition of waves. Polarization and diffraction.
5. Reflection and refraction of waves. Waves in solids and liquids.
6. Electromagnetic waves. Properties and refraction on the interface.
7. Polarization, interference, diffraction. Anizotropic effects.
8. Geometrical optics, optical instruments, photometry.
9. Lorentz' transformation, consequences of the transformation, relativistic dynamics.
10. Quantum mechanics, Bohr's model, wave properties of particles.
11. Schrodinger's equation, potential well, tunnel effect.
12. Multielectron atoms spin. Structure of solids.
13. Nucleus, binding energy, radioactivity, absorption of radiation.
